On 02.12.2023, the Department of Hiking started this year's last hike into Advent. Start was in the parking lot at the Rochsburg. In nice cold winter weather we hiked through fresh snow down to the Muldenbrücke and on the opposite side of the Mulde back up towards Helsdorf and Cursdorf. Our destination was the Christmas market in Penig. Unfortunately, it didn't open until 3 p.m.

At Eis-Maik we found a nice warm alternative for hot mulled wine and other delicious hot drinks. Back we went relaxed along the hollow. During this 14.5 km hike, we filled our lungs and cells with healthy fresh oxygen. Succeeded and well-blooded we reached the Rochsburg again.
