Dear members of the association,
We would be pleased to invite you to our extraordinary general meeting on Friday, 01.04.2022 at 18:15 in the dining room of EOS Lunzenau.
The following agenda was set:
- Welcome by the President
- Determination of proper convening, quorum and voting rights
- Appointment of the Chairman of the Assembly
- Confirmation/change of agenda
- Up-to-date information about the construction projects New multifunctional building (MFG), refurbishment of Vereinsheim as well as new construction of a spectator stand
- Decision on the application for the implementation of the decision of the MV of 30.10.2019 (special contribution regarding new construction MFG)
- Advice on the recasting of the statutes of the association as well as the contribution and financial regulations
- Honours & thanksgivings
- Other & Inquiries from members of the association or parents/guardians
- Closing words
We ask all members to participate in the meeting, which should be seen as a mandatory meeting by all members.
At least one third of all voting members must be present for the voting results and decisions to be legally effective. If members with sufficient voting rights are not present, a new assembly must be convened, which then has a quorum regardless of the number of members present. This will then find on Friday, 01.04.2022 at 18:30 in the dining room of EOS Lunzenau instead. The agenda then remains.
The agenda shall be supplemented if a Member so requests in writing. Supplements must be submitted in writing to the following address by 24.03.2022:
