It was to be ‘the surprise’ for our club president at the annual general meeting of the Kreissportbund Mittelsachsen e.V. on 15 September 2021.
Suggested by our board, nominated by the KSB, television recordings in advance, press for the unconditional presence on this day and mysterious conversations in the preparation of our board members Caroline Endmann (she wrote the application) and Andreas Rosin (he held the laudation) read Tommy Haeder so many things. But he didn't know.
Since such an honor is given to the particularly active and active, it was not really surprising for us (except exciting) that Tommy Haeder arrived from Berlin to his honor in Frankenberg to the minute due to work.
It was called off film, listen to laudation and then on stage.
From the hands of District Administrator Matthias Damm and KSB President Eric Braun, Tommy Haeder was able to receive the 2021 Sports Oscar trophy.
Visibly touched, but also happy, he was also happy about flowers, applause and the associated financial contribution to our sports club in the amount of 500 euros.
Now we could list the reasons for his justified award.
Let's not do it because:
- The laudation lasted almost 10 minutes.

- the hustle and bustle on our sports field speak for me
- If anyone deserves it, it's our club president Tommy Haeder.
