Important communication 30.07.2020

The Board informs:

Due to the Saxon Corona Protection Ordinance (SächsCoronaSchVO), which entered into force on 14 July 2020, and the general order issued to impose hygiene requirements, we can take the next steps to further ‘normalise’ sports operations at or in sports facilities. However, the additional relaxations still require compliance with the hygienic requirements and the remaining contact restrictions.

On 30 July 2020, our Executive Board, in coordination with the Lunzenau Municipality and the departmental and training managers, agreed on the following points:

  • Wherever possible, hygiene and distance regulations must be observed in accordance with the applicable general administrative order.
  • Persons with signs of illness, in particular with signs of cold symptoms, are prohibited from entering the sports venue. If the coronavirus is tested positive in the home, the affected person must be taken out of training and competition for at least 14 days.
  • If possible, the participants will come individually to the training. Carpooling should continue to be avoided as far as possible.
  • When entering the sports facility as well as before and after training, the hands should be washed or disinfected.
  • The stay in the sports facility, in particular for tactics training, meetings as well as for a cozy get-together, is to be reduced to a minimum after completion of the training session.
  • Participants who belong to special risk groups are themselves responsible for participating in the practice, in which they could be exposed to unavoidable risks.
  • If possible, the training should only be carried out in small groups (up to a maximum of 15 people per training group).
  • Team sports are allowed. The training sessions must be designed in such a way that physical contact is kept to a minimum. In practice games and competitions, additional physical contacts (joint scoring, etc.) must be avoided.
  • Contact sports are also allowed. However, it must be ensured that during the training a change of the training partner is reduced to a minimum.
  • If several training and age groups train at the same time, a minimum distance of 15 meters between the groups must be observed!
  • Each training group uses its own sports equipment or aids (balls, cones, hats, bodies, etc.), which must be thoroughly cleaned after training.
  • An attendance list must be kept by the trainers or supervisors for each training session, which can be submitted by the board or the authorities on request.
  • If possible, parents enter the sports facility only to bring and bring their children. They are prohibited from entering the career and the playing field. The distance regulations must always be observed.
  • The sales stand on the spectator terrace will be opened on different occasions, subject to compliance with the correspondingly signposted separate editions.

These regulations apply until revocation! In the case of infringements, neither the association nor the instructors are liable for penalties and/or fines!

  • All athletes or their guardians sign BEFORE participating in the training that they have been briefed on the individual points.

We would like to thank you for the understanding you have shown so far and appeal to everyone to comply with the measures mentioned above. The situation is reassessed at regular intervals. We will inform all members of any changes immediately.

We wish you a lot of strength and above all health!
