Nordic Walking starts on 08.06.2020

On 08.06.2020 we start with a New sport in the association. Together with the physiotherapy “Pro Balance” we will be twice a week Nordic walking offer.

The 60-minute training sessions of the beginners' course take place every Monday at 6:00 p.m. under the guidance of a qualified instructor. In addition, we always offer an advanced course on Wednesdays at 6:30 pm.

In addition to the ‘normal’ membership of the association, both courses also have the option of completing them with a prevention course voucher from the statutory health insurance funds.
