9 months ago, we gave an outlook on the sports year 2022 at Sportverein Fortschritt Lunzenau. Now this year is coming to an end. And we can proudly say that it has been a very successful year for us in all respects!
We have been able to realize the almost 40 planned events.
We have been able to increase the number of members.
We have been able to increase the number of departments.
We have been able to strengthen our association.
It is precisely this fact that makes us look optimistically into the new year. With our trend-setting and decisive ordinary general assembly, traditionally on the last Friday in October, we have set the course for this. A special expression of this is the election of a new board of directors. It now consists of the six ‘old’ and three new members. We are pleased about the willingness to take on responsibility in our association, thank you for this and wish you every success in the new office: Manuela Butz, Jürgen Meier and Uwe Schuster. In addition, we have almost traditionally been able to pay numerous tributes to meritorious and long-standing members of the association. We would like to mention Andrea Ahnert, Torsten Müller and Thomas Moderate. We would also like to take this opportunity to thank the Evangelische Schulverein Lunzenau e.V., which once again provided us with the facilities to carry out our MV.

In addition, we managed to cope with all planned and additional highlights, to end construction projects and to ‘live’ a lively and public association life. Through our strength and our cohesion, we were able to resist time pressure, solve additional tasks through unbridled commitment, master problems as a strong team and always treat each other respectfully and tolerantly. That's what we work on every day!
We invite everyone to become part of our sports family.
Right now, our ‘staff’, whether in charge of the board of directors, as a sporting director or as a sporty active person, must not be over-claimed at the barbecue, in the sales container or club home, on or outside the sports field. In particular, where the challenges currently lie in preserving, managing and, above all, using what has been created efficiently.
The hall occupancy plan for the new building stands, the integration of the other Lunzenau sports facilities has taken place, the club home is actively used and the calendar for the possible private use of the premises no longer has many gaps. The 2023 event plan is also in final planning and will not be inferior to 2022.
