A few days ago, we received the first news of the invasion of Ukraine by Russian troops. Since then, the world has been obsessed with events. Closed, we express our sympathy to all the people affected by this war.

We are currently working on organizing and coordinating the assistance.

In the city administration of Lunzenau, offers for donations in kind are first recorded. We strongly ask that only needs-based donations in kind be offered. We would come to you if this help is needed. However, the German Red Cross points out that no donation collections and private aid transports are currently being initiated. Coordination is to be carried out centrally by the German Red Cross and its partner organisations

Of course, volunteers are also needed to take care of the people here on site, please contact the city administration.
