Invitation to the Annual General Meeting of the SVFL e.V.
Dear members of the association,
We would be pleased to invite you to our next ordinary general meeting on Friday, 29.10.2021 at 6:15 pm in the dining room of EOS Lunzenau.
The following agenda was set:
- Welcome by the President
- Determination of proper convening, quorum and voting rights
- Appointment of the Chairman of the Assembly
- Confirmation/change of agenda
- Work, Accountability and Financial Report of the Board of Directors and Commissioners
- Decision-making on write-off of outstanding claims
- Cash audit report (for financial year 2020)
- Resolution on the discharge of the Executive Board for the financial year 2020
- Consultation on the construction projects of the new multifunctional building (MFG), refurbishment of the Vereinsheim as well as the new construction of a spectator stand
- Decision on the application for the implementation of the decision of the MV of 30.10.2019 (special contribution regarding new construction MFG)
- Advice on the recasting of the statutes of the association as well as the contribution and financial regulations
- Outlook for the financial year 2022
- Consultation on the draft financial/budget for the financial year 2022
- Honours & thanksgivings
- Other & Inquiries from members of the association or parents/guardians
- Closing words
We ask all members to participate in the meeting, which should be seen as a mandatory meeting by all members.
At least one third of all voting members must be present for the voting results and decisions to be legally effective. If members with sufficient voting rights are not present, a new assembly must be convened, which then has a quorum regardless of the number of members present. This will take place on Friday, 29.10.2021 at 18:30 in the dining room of EOS Lunzenau. The agenda then remains.
