Coronavirus crisis: New restrictions!

Dear members of the association,

the ‘Bundesnotbremse’ (Federal Emergency Brake) adopted by the German Bundestag must once again put restrictions on the training and practice operations that have just started in our junior sector.

Contactless individual sport is only permitted alone, in pairs or with the members of one's own household. Non-contact sports in groups of a maximum of five children or adolescents up to the age of 14 may take place. In this case, however, the training staff must be able to present a daily negative test.

As a club, we will continue to ensure the maintenance of limited training and practice operations, at least where it can be implemented organizationally (e.g. by dividing the sports groups into small, permissible groups). For this purpose, the respective department or training managers will inform you separately.

Unfortunately, the situation in the adult sector remains unchanged. As soon as the currently valid general regulations and ordinances allow, we will also prepare a quick restart of the individual sports groups, at least to a limited extent.

We already ask everyone to comply with the corresponding requirements of our hygiene concept. As a contact person for questions about the topic of coronavirus, I am happy to assist you. We thank you for your understanding and hope for a return to normalcy soon.

With sporting greetings

Tommy Haeder
