Training and gaming operations have to pause again

Dear members of the association,

As the media has already published in a sustainable manner, significantly stricter security provisions to contain the coronavirus pandemic apply again for the month of November.

According to the Saxon Corona Protection Ordinance of 30 October 2020, a general training and competition ban applies to recreational and amateur sports (with the exception of individual sports) in the Free State of Saxony. This regulation enters into force today and is initially valid until 30 November 2020.

This is the second time this year that we have been affected by a fundamental suspension of the sports business. Despite all the displeasure about this general ban, the preservation of health is ultimately the most important thing for all of us. That is why we call on all members, and especially our trainers, to comply with and enforce these provisions.

Especially in such difficult times, it is all the more important that we all come together – and this is best done with a common goal in mind: We want to return to regular training and competition operations as soon as possible.
