Invitation to the General Assembly
All members of the SV Fortschritt Lunzenau e.V. are cordially invited to our next general meeting on Friday, October 30, 2020 at 6:15 p.m. in the dining room of the Evangelische Oberschule Lunzenau.
Agenda:
- Welcome by the President
- Determination of proper convening, quorum and voting rights
- Confirmation/change of agenda
- Appointment of the Chairman of the Assembly
- Work, Accountability and Financial Report of the Board of Directors and Commissioners
- Decision-making on write-off of outstanding claims
- Report of the cash audit
- Resolution on the discharge of the Executive Board for the 2019 financial year
- Request for a decision on the recast of the statutes of the association as well as the contribution and financial regulations in the version of 15.10.2020*
*The draft statutes will be published on the association's homepage on 20.10.2020. The draft statutes have been submitted to the tax office for examination in advance. The attached draft statutes meet the requirements of non-profit law. The competent registry court has examined the draft and has no concerns. The current statute of 16.08.2020 is posted on the homepage of the association.

(Special contribution regarding new construction MFG) - Consultation on the draft financial/budget for the financial year 2021

We ask all members To participate in the meeting, it should be seen as a mandatory event for good members of the association.
At least one third of all voting members must be present for the voting results and decisions to be legally effective. In the case of: not present of members with sufficient voting rights, a new assembly must be convened, which then has a quorum regardless of the number of members present. This will find on 30.10.2020 at 18:30 in the dining room of the Evangelische Oberschule instead. The above agenda remains.
Children and adolescents can be represented as guests by their parents or guardians, who do not have the right to vote, but opinions are still urgently needed.
