Our club also has a department with an Asian martial arts. During judo, our active participants are not only taught the various techniques, but also conditional and coordination skills. In judo sports, body and mind must be in harmony and its compactness affects many parts of the body and muscle groups. In addition, the athletes also develop themselves personally in judo. They develop self-confidence, learn to learn, integrate and make friends. And last but not least, the fun and fitness are of course not neglected.
