Important information about the Annual General Meeting 2026 and invitation to the New Year's party
Dear members, dear sports friends, dear supporters and friends of SV Fortschritt Lunzenau e.V.,
We would like to inform you today that the ordinary general meeting of SV Fortschritt Lunzenau e.V., originally planned for November 5, 2026, will be postponed.
The General Assembly will now take place on Friday, January 22, 2027, at 6 p.m. The venue will be our multifunctional building in the stadium on Rochlitzer Straße. We will announce the complete agenda to you in good time. Publication shall take place by 30 November 2026 at the latest.
At the same time, we would like to take this postponement as an opportunity to draw attention to a topic that is of particular importance for the future of our association: the active participation and further development of SV Fortschritt Lunzenau e.V.
Our association thrives on the people who get involved!
Since its foundation in 1950, our association has stood for community, cohesion, sporting enthusiasm and a diverse club life. With 565 members, 15 departments and a great commitment to children and youth, we are proud of what we have built together over the past decades.
But a lively association does not develop on its own. The challenges are becoming more diverse, the demands on the management of the association are increasing and the tasks are spread over more and more shoulders. In order to set up our association successfully, sustainably and future-oriented in the coming years, we urgently need other people who are willing to take responsibility and actively contribute.
We are therefore looking for committed colleagues who can imagine working on the board of SV Fortschritt Lunzenau e.V.!
Whether you already have many years of experience in association work or would like to volunteer for the first time: Decisive are the willingness to contribute ideas, take responsibility and want to make a difference for our association together.
We would like to give all interested parties the opportunity to report to the current Executive Board in advance of the General Assembly. In this way, we can talk to each other at an early stage, exchange ideas and think together about what future cooperation can look like.
This is by no means about simply passing on tasks, but about setting new impulses, strengthening existing structures and distributing the responsibility for our association to as many dedicated shoulders as possible.
Our common goal must be to maintain SV Fortschritt Lunzenau e.V. in the future as a strong, lively and reliable association for all generations. For this we need you!
And of course, in addition to the important club topics, the joint celebration should not be neglected!
Directly on the following day, on Saturday, January 23, 2027, we would like to celebrate our big New Year party of the SV Fortschritt Lunzenau e.V. together with you. This will also take place in our multifunctional building in the stadium on Rochlitzer Straße.
To this end, we already cordially invite all members, athletes, exercise instructors, volunteers, sponsors, supporters and friends of our association. Let's start the new club year together, look back on what we have achieved, talk to each other and, above all, spend a nice evening in a convivial atmosphere.
We will publish further information about the New Year's party in good time.
