Dear members of the association,
The situation in the Saxon lattices is intensifying. For the third day in a row, more than 1,300 corona patients are on a normal ward, which will tighten the rules in Saxony from Friday. This is provided for in the current Protection Regulation. The 2G rule is extended in the overload stage. For indoor sports, a proof of vaccination or recovery must then be submitted. Detailed information on the regulations is available on the Free State's website. In addition, Saxony is preparing a new Corona Protection Ordinance. It should be decided on Friday and apply from Monday.
The following rules currently apply:
Interior:
The ‘2G rule’ + the obligation to register contacts apply in all facilities relevant to sport. A negative test is no longer enough. This applies to all sporting events and offers indoors, both privately and publicly accessible.
Outdoor area:
The Ministry of Social Affairs and Social Cohesion currently organises all organised sports (e.g. club, amateur and group sports; Exception see point 5.) as a private meeting (§ 9(4) in conjunction with § 8(2) SächsCoronaSchVO). More than two unvaccinated and/or non-genetic persons may no longer meet for joint, organised sporting activities, even in the presence of a negative clearance test. The number of persons (two) does not include vaccinated persons, recovered persons, children up to the age of 16 and also members of the household, partners and persons for whom there is a right of care or access.
We ask everyone to comply with the relevant requirements, including those of our hygiene concept. As a contact person for questions about the topic of coronavirus, I am happy to assist you. We thank you for your understanding and hope for a soon return to full normality.
With sporting greetings
Tommy Haeder
