Dear members of the association,
We would like to invite you to our next Annual General Meeting on Thursday,
26\/10\/2023 at 18:30 in the marquee in the stadium on Rochlitzer Stra\u00dfe (Rochlitzer
Street 15 in 09328 Lunzenau).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The following agenda was set:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  2. Determination of proper convening, quorum and voting rights<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Appointment of the Chairman of the Assembly<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Confirmation\/change of agenda<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Work, Accountability and Financial Report of the Board of Directors and Commissioners<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Cash audit report (for financial year 2022)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Advice and resolution on the discharge of the Executive Board for the financial year
    2022<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Outlook for the 2024 financial year<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Honours & thanksgivings<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Other & Inquiries from members of the association or parents\/guardians<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    *For reasons of better readability, the simultaneous use of the language forms

    Urgent requests can also be made in accordance with our valid association statute of 28 October 2022.
