Dear members of the association,
We would be pleased to invite you to our extraordinary general meeting on Friday, 01.04.2022 at 18:15 in the dining room of EOS Lunzenau.

The following agenda was set:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Welcome by the President<\/li>
  2. Determination of proper convening, quorum and voting rights<\/li>
  3. Appointment of the Chairman of the Assembly<\/li>
  4. Confirmation\/change of agenda<\/li>
  5. Up-to-date information about the construction projects New multifunctional building (MFG), refurbishment of Vereinsheim as well as new construction of a spectator stand<\/li>
  6. Decision on the application for the implementation of the decision of the MV of 30.10.2019 (special contribution regarding new construction MFG)<\/li>
  7. Advice on the recasting of the statutes of the association as well as the contribution and financial regulations<\/li>
  8. Honours & thanksgivings<\/li>
  9. Other & Inquiries from members of the association or parents\/guardians<\/li>
  10. Closing words

    We ask all members to participate in the meeting, which should be seen as a mandatory meeting by all members.<\/strong>

    At least one third of all voting members must be present for the voting results and decisions to be legally effective. If members with sufficient voting rights are not present, a new assembly must be convened, which then has a quorum regardless of the number of members present. This will then find on Friday, 01.04.2022 at 18:30 in the dining room of EOS Lunzenau<\/strong> instead. The agenda then remains.

    The agenda shall be supplemented if a Member so requests in writing. Supplements must be submitted in writing to the following address by 24.03.2022:
